🧭 Complete VintHelper guide

VintHelper works inside your normal Vinted browser session. It never asks for your Vinted password, avoids hidden actions and shows queues, pauses and logs so you always know what is happening.

Installation

Install VintHelper from the Chrome Web Store. This is the recommended version; Firefox is also available if you prefer it.

  3. 3Open Vinted on a supported domain and log in to your Vinted account.
  4. 4Go to your Vinted profile so the extension can load your wardrobe.
  5. 5Click the VintHelper icon in the extensions bar and create or log in to your VintHelper account.

Account and plans

No action runs without login. Your active plan controls monthly limits, linked accounts and AI access.

  1. 1Free includes unlimited backups, one Vinted account and low action limits.
  2. 2Starter expands reposts, messages/offers and enables unlimited accounts.
  3. 3Advanced unlocks AI rewriting and automatic AI replies.
  4. 4Subscriptions are paid and managed through Stripe.

Dressing+

Dressing+ loads active listings, drafts, sold, reserved and hidden items for bulk work.

  1. 1Use Refresh to sync photo, title, price, metrics, date and status.
  2. 2Filter by status, search by title and sort by date, price, views or favorites.
  3. 3Save to cloud, modify price, hide, show, delete, publish drafts or repost.
  4. 4Bulk actions run through a visible queue with pauses and per-item status.

Repost

Repost creates a refreshed copy of a listing, with the option to delete the active item before replacement.

  1. 1Choose Classic Mode for the faster relisting flow, or Human Mode to open Vinted's relisting screen and have VintHelper fill the fields and click the controls visibly, as a person would. Human Mode is slower but more cautious.
  2. 2Edit listing photos with crop, rotation, horizontal or vertical flip, image shuffling, colour adjustments, frames and randomized VintHelper presets.
  3. 3Change the title and description manually or ask AI to rephrase them.
  4. 4Adjust the price, save as a draft or publish, and choose the pause between listings.

Backups

Backups store the complete listing so you can keep it even after deleting it from Vinted.

  1. 1Each product is stored once through its VintHelper link, and saving or reposting it again updates the existing backup.
  2. 2Filter backups by the Vinted account associated with each item.
  3. 3From Backups you can repost the item to Vinted, edit its photos and listing data, or delete the backup.

Inventory

Use SKU and Location to identify and find your items without changing the rest of your VintHelper workflow.

  1. 1Turn on SKU in Dressing+ or Backups to show the SKU and Location fields.
  2. 2SKU is your own item identifier, such as the code used in your stock list.
  3. 3Location records where the item is physically stored, for example shelf 2, box 3.
  4. 4Edit both values directly in the table; Order+ also shows them when the sold item has this information.

Notifs+

Notifs+ loads favorite notifications and lets you send messages, offers or both.

  1. 1Filter and select favourite notifications, then send a message, an offer, or both.
  2. 2Choose a previously saved message from your list or create and save a new one for later use.
  3. 3Save a specific offer for an item and apply it automatically to future notifications for that item.
  4. 4Notifications generated by favourites received through the Favourite Boost exchange are filtered out of Notifs+.
  5. 5The queue respects its pauses and continues if one notification fails.

Inbox+

Inbox+ gives you one place to organise Vinted conversations and open the original chat whenever you need to reply.

  1. 1Filter conversations by date, read status, archived chats, attention, messages or offers, and search by user, item or message.
  2. 2Pin a chat, mark it for attention, archive it or add a private note to organise your inbox.
  3. 3Use Open to go directly to the original Vinted conversation when you want to reply.

Order+

Order+ shows sold orders by period, with status, date, price and Vinted's real status text.

  1. 1Filter sold orders by date and status, and review their price, order state and feedback status.
  2. 2Select several orders to download their shipping labels in bulk, with optional cropping before building the file.
  3. 3Leave feedback from the extension whenever Vinted makes it available.

Follow+

Follow+ helps growth by following followers from a profile and cleaning your account by unfollowing.

  1. 1Opening the extension on a profile fills the link automatically.
  2. 2You can also paste a Vinted profile manually.
  3. 3Follow processes followers from the selected profile with visible pauses.
  4. 4Unfollow acts on profiles followed by your own account.
  5. 5Random Follow lets you follow people from a rotating pool of Vinted profiles, with a pause you control and a Cancel button at any time.

Auto Mode

Auto Mode groups the automations you configure: Favourite Boost, messages and offers to favourites, and the AI Agent.

  1. 1Use Messages and offers to favourites to send saved messages, offers, or both, with optional rules for users and specific items.
  2. 2The AI Agent combines AI Answers and Negotiations: configure its instructions, answers, shipping rules and item notes before starting it.
  3. 3You can minimise VintHelper while an automation is running. Keep the Vinted tab open; on mobile, keep the device unlocked, browser open and VintHelper in the foreground.

Favourite Boost

Favourite Boost lets you request favourites for your listings and join the exchange from Auto Mode. First you favourite other sellers' listings to build balance; then you spend that balance to request favourites on your own listings.

  1. 1Open Auto Mode and select Favourite Boost.
  2. 2Start giving favourites to other sellers' listings to build balance while VintHelper remains open.
  3. 3Use the available balance to choose listings and quantities, then register your request.
  4. 4Track your recent requests and the favourites delivered to each listing from the history button.

AI Agent

The AI Agent helps you prepare coherent replies to buyer messages using the listing context and the rules you set.

  1. 1Use Playground to test the agent with one of your listings before starting it.
  2. 2Instructions shape the seller’s tone; Q&A stores answers to common buyer questions; Shipping defines how the agent talks about dispatch.
  3. 3Add private notes for individual items and review Escalations when a conversation needs your attention.

Dashboard

Dashboard turns loaded orders and listings into useful seller metrics.

  1. 1Shows revenue, units sold, average ticket, estimated margin and best time slot.
  2. 2Set an average unit cost to estimate margin.
  3. 3Includes top brands, highest sold products and high-potential live items.
  4. 4Open a temporary web view with current extension data.

Image+

Image+ is VintHelper's web tool for uploading a garment photo, enhancing it with AI, comparing before and after, and downloading the result.

  1. 1Open Image+ from the Image & AI+ tab in the extension or from the VintHelper website.
  2. 2Upload a JPG, PNG or WebP clothing photo and choose the presentation style you want.
  3. 3Compare the original and enhanced versions, then download the result for your listing.
  4. 4Image+ changes the presentation of the photo; it does not publish the item automatically.
