Why a label prints tiny in the middle of the page

Some shipping PDFs place the label inside a larger page with instructions and blank space. Shrinking that whole page to thermal paper also shrinks the label. The useful job is to crop the label area first, then use the matching printer paper size.

Check the actual label layout and your printer's format. Keep the barcode and delivery information complete and readable.

Prepare labels from your orders

In Order+, select the orders you want to dispatch and choose Download Labels. Work on the available labels together instead of saving and opening each PDF one by one.

Use the crop option and choose whether the output should contain one label per page or multiple labels together. Build one combined PDF for the batch.

Make the packing pile easier to read

Add the item title, date or buyer name to the label output. This helps match the printed sheet to the right item before you seal the parcel.

Use your inventory SKU and location in the order view to pick the item. Keep the order list and labels in the same sequence so preparation stays straightforward.

• Match each item before sealing the package.
• Preview the PDF before sending it to the printer.

Use one toolkit for selling and dispatch

A4 printers and thermal printers need different page settings, but the preparation work should not become a separate project. Crop and arrange the labels, check the preview, then print with the paper size supported by your printer.
