Using VintHelper
VintHelper helps manage listings, backups, reposts, messages and automations. Protect your accounts and follow the law, Vinted rules and your plan limits. Automations require the conditions stated for each feature, including keeping the extension open where required. We do not guarantee sales or that Vinted will not restrict an account.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Prices, applicable taxes, billing frequency and features are shown in the offer and before payment. Stripe processes payments. Subscriptions renew at the contracted frequency until cancelled. Manage them and cancel future renewals in the billing portal. Cancellation keeps access until the paid period ends and does not refund the current period, without affecting withdrawal rights, legal guarantees or other mandatory rights.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without having to give a reason.
You waive your right of withdrawal when the provision of the service begins immediately. Access to the service is enabled as soon as payment is validated. Therefore, when placing the order, you are asked to expressly request that the service begin immediately and to acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. The order will not be validated without both confirmations.
If you withdraw after performance has begun at your request, you remain liable for the amount corresponding to what has been supplied to you up to the point you communicated your decision.

Availability and liability
Vinted and other providers may change systems and affect the service. We work to resolve issues but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through our usual channels; they do not remove acquired rights or legal guarantees. No liability limitation excludes mandatory consumer rights.
Law and contact
