Automatic messages and offers
This Auto Mode tool responds to favourites using the message and offers you prepare. Send messages only, offers only or both.
Prepare the response
- Open Auto Mode → Messages and offers to Favorites.
- Enable Send message if you want to send a text, and prepare it.
- Enable Send offer if you want to propose a price, and set the discount.
- Review pauses and filters.
- Click Start.
Actions you leave disabled will not be sent. To use both, check the message and discount separately.
Choose saved messages
Use the message library you prepared in manual mode. The configuration lets you select messages to alternate between when your plan includes that option.
Enable the texts you want to use and disable those that do not fit this campaign. If you change the library, also check which messages are selected for automatic mode.
Item-specific settings
Use item-specific offers and settings gives priority to what you have saved for a particular item.
For example, you can offer €18 for one item regardless of the general discount chosen for the rest of your wardrobe.
Review item-specific settings when changing your prices or strategy: they continue to take priority while this option is enabled.
Price-tiered offers
With Professional, enable Use tier offers and click Configure to check the price ranges and discounts.
If you also use item-specific settings, the priority is:
- Item-specific setting.
- Price-tiered offer.
- The automation’s general setting.
Items that do not match a tier use the general fallback. The rules are the same ones you can apply manually in Notifs+.
Avoid repeated conversations
The option to skip users with recent conversations lets you choose 1, 3 or 7 days. Enable it to avoid contacting someone you have already spoken to within that period. It also prevents the same offer or message being sent repeatedly to someone who has favourited more than one of your items.
Also review any blocked or excluded users you have configured. These filters help limit the automation’s recipients.
Include pending notifications
When preparing to start, review the option to include pending favourites. Use it to handle older notifications you have not yet processed as well.
If you prefer to focus on new activity, set up the start accordingly before clicking Start.
Follow the results
The screen shows whether the tool is active, its completed actions and its history. Check the results to distinguish sent messages and offers from skipped or failed cases.
Use Stop when you want to stop responding automatically. For a specific selection without leaving automation running, use Notifs+.
