Choose a period

Select the period to analyse. Available periods depend on your plan: Free offers a limited view, while paid plans extend the analysis.

Check the period before comparing figures. A seven-day summary and a thirty-day summary include different sales, even for the same wardrobe.

Review sales

The summary brings together figures such as sales value, number of sales and average price for the transactions included.

Charts and lists help you explore the distribution of sales and identify items, buyers or groups that appear more often.

To act on a particular sale, open Order+. Use Dashboard to review the overall picture.

Wardrobe value

The inventory section shows items on sale and their value at current prices. You can also review estimated values at different discounts.

For example, if you are considering reducing prices on part of your wardrobe, this view helps compare the listed value with the value after discounting.

The calculation uses items loaded for the current account. The screen indicates when wardrobe data is still syncing or incomplete.

Inventory age

Age groups separate items listed less than 30 days ago, 30–89 days ago and 90 or more days ago. Age is based on the item’s current listing.

You can also find items that have been on sale for a while with no recorded favourites. Use this to decide what to review, discount or relist.

Your own references

Inventory and SKU lets you keep references and storage locations to identify garments. Include them in exports where they are available among the selectable columns.

The wardrobe’s listed value and completed sales value are different figures: the first describes items that have not yet sold.

Export

Click Export to choose the data, columns and format to download. Prepare a file containing items, orders or both.

See Export data for filters and accounting options.
