Prepare shipping labels
In Order+, download labels available on Vinted and arrange them for printing. With Professional, you can also generate missing labels and automate their generation.
Select the orders
- Open Order+ and find your orders.
- Tick the ones you want to prepare.
- Open the selection’s label action.
- Review formats and options before downloading.
You can prepare up to 30 orders in one label batch.
Choose a layout
Choose 1, 2, 4 or 6 labels per page. Use one per page for individual layouts, or several to fit your shipments onto fewer sheets.
Check the preview before printing, especially when combining labels from different carriers.
Add details to identify parcels
Add information beside the labels, such as the item title and buyer’s name. Choose the available fields that help you pack your orders.
The title setting controls how that text is included. You do not need to change the original label on Vinted to add a useful reference to the PDF.
Adjust cropping
Cropping options help make better use of space when a label has large margins. If you crop manually, check the selected area before confirming.
Make sure the barcode, addresses and carrier details remain fully visible in the preview.
Generate missing labels
With Professional, enable the option to generate labels that are not yet available. VintHelper requests them for eligible orders, then prepares the batch’s result.
Shipping options depend on the carrier and order. Some orders are not yet eligible for label generation; the result identifies those that could not be prepared.
Automatic generation
In the Order+ header, click the button combining download and settings icons to open automatic label settings.
Choose your preference for a printable or digital label and collection-point or home delivery, depending on what the carrier supports. Then enable automatic generation for that account’s orders.
Changing these preferences disables the automation. Enable it again once you have finished configuring them.
This automation generates labels. When you want to print them, return to Order+ to select them and download a PDF in your preferred layout.
Like the other automations, it needs Vinted and VintHelper to remain open in your browser.
Download and print
The file downloads to your device. Open it and check the print scaling before preparing your parcels.
