Schedule listings

Scheduled lets you prepare a batch for later, up to seven days ahead. It is a Professional Beta feature for relisting items and publishing drafts.

Create a batch

  1. Select your items in Dressing+ or Backups.
  2. Open the relisting panel and prepare the photos, text, prices and other settings.
  3. Click Schedule.
  4. Choose a start date and time and check the displayed time zone.
  5. If there are several items, choose the pause between them.
  6. Confirm the schedule.

You can also schedule from the draft publishing panel.

The settings are saved with the batch. You do not need to leave that panel open: view your schedule in Auto Mode → Scheduled.

Start time and pauses

The date and time apply to the first item. Each following item starts after the previous one finishes and the chosen pause has passed.

For example, with a batch starting at 15:00 and a 75-second pause, the second item does not start at 15:01:15. It waits 75 seconds from when the first item finishes.

Choose a pause in seconds or minutes, or enter your own whole number. The pause option is not shown for a batch containing only one item.

What needs to be open

Scheduling still runs in your browser. Your computer or phone must be on and unlocked, with Vinted and VintHelper open.

If these conditions are not met at the scheduled time, the batch runs the next time you open VintHelper. On mobile, keep the page open while it works.

The start notification

When it is the batch’s turn, a notification appears with a 30-second countdown. You can:

  • Start now to begin without waiting for the countdown to finish.
  • Postpone 5 minutes to delay that batch.
  • Cancel schedule to cancel it.

If you do nothing, it starts when the countdown ends.

Scheduled batches run one at a time. If another batch is already running, the next one waits until it finishes, then shows its start notification.

Review or change pending batches

Pending batches are ordered by their next start time. Expand a batch to see its items.

The three-dot menu contains the available actions. Edit date changes the date and time; Edit lets you review the batch’s settings. Cancel asks for confirmation and records the result in history.

If you schedule a batch within five minutes of another on the same day, VintHelper warns you so you can continue or change the time.

History and results

History shows results from the last 30 days, ten per page. Items from the same batch stay grouped together.

A batch where every item was published shows Published. Mixed results or an item needing review show Attention: expand the details to check each item. A cancellation shows Cancelled by the user.

Depending on its result, the menu lets you open the item on Vinted, Start now or Reschedule. Reusing a batch keeps the settings you originally chose.

Remove from history removes the result from this view after confirmation. The warning explains that you cannot undo this removal from history.
