Open the export panel

  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. Click Export.
  3. Choose Items, Orders or both datasets.
  4. Check their filters and columns.
  5. Choose a format and download the file.

Export items

Choose which items and statuses to include. Prepare a list focused on what is still on sale, or include other available statuses.

Select the columns you need. If you use your own references, include the inventory details you have recorded.

The export uses information available in VintHelper. Check wardrobe sync notices if you need a complete file of all your items.

Export orders

Choose the order period and columns to download. Available periods depend on your plan.

A file for reviewing shipments may need the title, buyer and status. For analysing sales, also include the date and amount.

CSV or Excel

CSV is useful for importing data into another tool. Excel lets you work with a spreadsheet workbook.

Choose a format supported by the program you want to use for further analysis. The file downloads to your device.

VAT breakdown

If you enable accounting options, check the VAT percentage you enter. The file can break down the tax included in the price using that percentage.

For example, €12.10 including 21% VAT breaks down into a €10 net amount and €2.10 VAT.

This setting calculates the file using the percentage you provide. It does not itself determine the tax treatment that applies to your sales.
